Who is BINDZ

BINDZ is the trading name of a studio operating from Akkrum and Barcelona. These terms cover your use of the bindz.nl website and any free resources we publish here. Paid engagements are governed by a separate service agreement which always takes precedence over this page.

Using the site

You can read, link to, and quote anything we publish here, with attribution. You can share screenshots and snippets in your own posts and decks. What you cannot do is copy the site wholesale, scrape it for training a third-party model without permission, or impersonate BINDZ.

Content on this site

Articles, case studies, downloadable templates and code snippets on bindz.nl belong to BINDZ unless we credit someone else. Where we have permission to share client work, the brand and assets belong to those clients; please ask before reusing their materials. Templates we explicitly publish for re-use carry a usage note on the relevant page.

If you buy a service from us

Engagements start with a written brief, a quote, and a signed service agreement. The service agreement covers scope, deliverables, timing, fees, IP transfer, confidentiality and termination. The terms on this page do not replace the service agreement; they sit alongside it.

• Quotes are valid for thirty days unless we say otherwise.
• Invoicing is in EUR by default, payable within fourteen days of issue. Late fees follow Dutch statutory interest rates.
• Deliverables transfer to you on full payment, with the IP terms named in the service agreement.
• Pre-existing tools and frameworks we built before your project remain ours; you receive a perpetual license to use them within the deliverables.
• Either party can terminate with notice. Work delivered to that point is paid for. Work in progress is paused, finished, or written off as agreed.

What we promise

We aim to deliver work that is accurate, on brief, and on schedule. Where things slip, we communicate early. The site itself is provided as is; we keep it up and accurate to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that any specific result will follow from reading it.

What we do not promise

We do not promise specific business outcomes from any tactic, framework or template published here. Marketing is a probabilistic discipline; what worked for one client may not work for yours. Use your judgement, test things, and adjust.

Limits of our liability

For the website itself, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by Dutch law. For paid engagements, our liability is governed by the service agreement and is typically capped at the fees paid in the relevant project phase. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, or third-party claims, except where Dutch law disallows that exclusion.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, scrape at scale, overload or otherwise interfere with bindz.nl. Do not use the site to publish illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content. We may suspend access to anyone who does, without notice, and pursue further remedies if needed.

Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice. Our cookie usage is described in the cookie notice. Both pages form part of these terms by reference.

Changes

We update these terms when the site or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes are highlighted on the page for thirty days and, for active clients, sent by email.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to a different forum.
